Good Travel Management joins the Business Travel Association (BTA)


We’re delighted to announce that we’ve become the latest member to join the Business Travel Association (formerly known as the Guild of Travel Management Companies GTMC).

The BTA represents a diverse range of travel management companies, and works with numerous industry partners (airlines, hotel companies, rail, car rental and technology providers) to deliver practical solutions to industry issues. The BTA is actively lobbying all those that have an impact on the business travel of its members’ clients, be they travel suppliers, Government or EU legislators, opinion formers or the media.

As an independent travel management company we will benefit from a wide range of services and resources available to us as a member, including industry networking events and representation at specialist strategy groups. Most importantly, it increases our opportunity to weigh in on industry issues and share best practice and opinion, to influence the future of the business travel industry.

Paul Wait, former chief executive of the BTA at the time of joining commented, “We are excited to welcome Good Travel Management to our growing network of travel management companies and business travel service providers. With their experience and insight into the corporate travel market both here in the UK and globally, we look forward to working with them to share knowledge and continue to demonstrate the value of business travel to their clients and the wider business community.”

The BTA’s member companies account for over 80 per cent of all UK expenditure on managed business travel and we look forward to sharing even more industry insight with our customers as a result of our membership.
