commitment between a travel management
company and the customer that outlines the
minimum service standards to be delivered.
Typically SLAs include response times, accuracy,
customer satisfaction and other metrics that
indicate quality and availability.
Single Sign-on (SSO)
Single sign-on is a user authentication service that
permits a user to use a single login such as name
and password, to access multiple applications, so
users only have to log in once, instead of logging
into multiple websites.
